4 week check up

Well I went back today for my 4 week check up. I was supposed to have went last Thursday but last Monday My dad took a turn for the worse and he passed monday night. This was a bittersweet day because this was also my daughters sweet 16th birthday. The time she was born is almost to the minute the time he died. i haven't seen the death cert. yet so I am not sure exactly how close it was. ANYWAY, The last two weeks of my recovery he has been in bad shape and therefore I was worried about my healing but I went today and everything is fine. THANK GOD! He was raving about how well i had done. Now I have to move on and help my mom through the rest of this time with losing my dad and get her on the road to healing her heart. Thanks to all you ladies who have prayed or left encouraging words for me.....

Congratulations on the good report. Maybe you can help your Mom the most by just spending time with her & helping with paperwork. Not so much in doing stuff for a little longer.
