LAVH 4 days post hysterectomy: Anyone suffer from pressure back pain?

I've been suffering from pressure pain in lower back region since I got home Wednesday night. Found that it happens when I stand to long, walk ,and go up steps. This turns into an asthma attack. I have 2 flights of stairs and I'm staying in the apartment til I'm ready to leave the apartment but jut worried how I'll be when I go out.

I had back pain until today and I'm 1 week post op I read someone's post about having a pillow between your legs while u sleep at night I tried that last night with a body pillow and it did wonders I was able to sleep on my side again without pain best of luck

Are you walking hunched over or straight? I noticed they I was walking hunched over because of my abdominal incision and had horrible back pain.
