Ouch! Help!

I am three weeks post op today. I had a vaginal hysterectomy with a anterior and posterior repair and a bladder tape. I have a long incision from the vagina like an episiotomy only bigger! I am having a lot of pain down there. I went to the doctor last week and they said that a stitch was pulling from the swelling. They cut that stitch and I had immediate relief!! Now I am having worse pain in the same area, some redness and bright red blood. I can hardly stand to sit down. I suppose I will call the doctor in the morning. Anyone else having similar symptoms?

I hope you will call or have called. I didn't have exactly what you have, but had small incisions in the labia where they did the sling. They were so painful. I think because of where all that is located it is subject to pressure that doesn't help anything.
I hope this is another easy fix for you. Hang in there. They do heal.
