TAH Left side bowel pain and stomac tender

1 year post op TAH and still tender on left side bowel and bladder and stomac tender also... Severe pain after surgery but just given pain meds. Suggesting adhesions and removal of same. Anyone else experience this still after 1 year?? Pain also when clench muscles to go to toilet...,

I'm sorry you are suffering as well. I am also 1 year post op and have bowel issues. They weren't great before surgery either. I'm sick of it.

I have increased my activity level, water intake, lay off the red meat, no chocolate, cheese, dairy etc. It seems to help slightly. I will do anything to avoid another surgery. I don't know whats wrong we me and no desire to find out. All tests over the past year have come out fine. I think I may be hyper sensitive at this point. I have been put on anti anxiety meds.
