5 mths since hysterectomy and bearing down sensation back

I had a uterus prolapse and had to have an abdominal hysterectomy 5 months ago and am still healing from some scar tissue. Last week I started to get the feeling that something was bearing down just like before the operation. This lasted a week and eventually eased off a week later but is still there. It is uncomfortable if I stand for too long and have to clench everything when I sneeze. I have seen my consultant who after examination said that everything was OK and could not explain the sensation. Has anyone else experienced this? Will it go will time? I am very worried if this is the start of another prolapse. Any help or suggestion please.

Maybe it would help to get another doctor to check on the problem. I wonder if doing Kegel exercises might help with getting the muscles to become stronger with time?

I hope you get some answers and help soon.
