Had Pre Op Appt this morning and...
I get to keep my ovaries unless she gets in there and sees something bad. I have been VERY anxious about surgical menopause to say the least until today. I am so relieved I can't even express it.
Hope everyone is doing well at whatever stage of your journey you are in.
I am at 9 days pre op and counting.

So glad you received optimistic news today.
Take extra good care of yourself in the time before surgery...walk, drink extra water, and heat healthy snacks.

I can totally relate to your sense of relief! I'm able to keep my ovaries too! HRT scared the heck out of me!
