Polecat, that's not a silly question. More than likely, yes. Some doctors only ask you remove polish from your fingernails, but some want it removed from your toenails, too. That way they can check your nailbeds for circulation and capillary refill (blood flow). I would call your dr and ask. You may be able to go with a clear polish. I would still definitely go and enjoy the spa. Will probably help with some anxiety. And who doesn't need an excuse to get pampered!

I was allowed to keep my French tip manicure because of the clear nail beds. I went into surgery with pretty painted toes!!
Again this is your doctors call.
Enjoy your pampering! My first excursion driving post op was for a mani & pedi. Made me feel so good.
