Sorry to hear of your sleeping troubles, have you tried soft music or warm milk? I know it sounds old school but it might be worth a try> wish I could be of better help.

4 Weeks Post Op Cant Sleep A Wink

I truly feel for you! I had a post yesterday " Why am I REGRESSING??" and it says that I'm having some problems, biggest being insomnia. I went to bed Monday, got up Tuesday and didn't sleep again until late Thursday afternoon for only 2 hrs! I ended up having to see my DR and he said I have severe post operative insomnia. Basically, when your body isn't getting the rest it needs, other things will start happening. In my case it's nausea, vomiting, no eating/drinking, migraines... I have to take 3 new meds daily now!

Please talk to your DR. I know insomnia is common after a hyst and many sisters will tell you that it's only temporary BUT if it gets out of hand you can end up with some serious problems. I feel like udder crap and wouldn't wish this on anyone. Many, many hugs to you. I do hope you'll talk to your DR and get this worked out.
