When did you start exercising again?

guys, keep in mind that walking is waaay different than a bike. a bike, regular or recumbent, works the abs as well, and you shouldn't be working out that area until released. so if they doc gives you clearance for all exercises, that's fine. but if he says walking only, don't do the bike!

I was cleared for walking so I walk outside for about 30 minutes every day. what has changed is my pace. it's getting better every day. he also cleared me upper body light weights. no more than 5 lbs and only arms and shoulders. I have two weeks to go (for 6 weeks total) and I can start working out again, including yoga. YAY!
