sauna use

Does anyone know if it would be ok for me to sit in my sauna? It's been 2 weeks and 2 days since my robotic hysterectomy

I would run it by your Dr. I know I didn't have the stamina, so the heat would have affected me more than usual, plus trigger a hot flash. Those would be the only concerns I can think of right off. But I'd still give your Dr a quick call in case there's another concern. Enjoy your sauna soon I hope.

I don't need to worry about the hot flashes. I have both my ovaries and haven't went to that stage yet. You are right about the stamina though..I seem to poop out around 5-6:00 everyday for the last 2 weeks since my surgery. I'll check with the doctor..
