6 weeks post hysterectomy - caught the blues

My doctor missed my fibroid tumors and they grew to be 18cm / 2.5lbs. I didnt have a chance to try alternative methods to shrink the tumors. I had a TAH but kept my ovaries. I have been walking at the mall to get stronger and am reviewing how to lose weight. The Dr. said the blues may appear... I was wondering how other people were handling the blues? Thanks.

I am 3 weeks post op today. I had a TVH and I caught the blues this week. The first two weeks I felt great and then wham I was on a roller coaster of emotions. My moods would swing drastically from doing ok to raging to crying to feeling lost. I can say its not as bad as the beginning of week 3. Hope you feel better get out and take a walk visit with a friend.
