Multi vitamin suggestions??

Hello just wondering if any one has a suggestion for a good multi vitamin that has the safe levels of things.. The one I use from GNC is ok but some of the levels are high... I mean peeing bright neon yellow is just wasting $$$ in the toilet.. I eat healthy but just want that xtra boost!!

I purchase all my supplements separately. This way I am not getting too much or not enough of something. Many of the all in ones may contain too much or not enough of one or more of the supplements.

I purchased a seven day pill container that has 4 slots for each day. Every two weeks I grab all the bottles and divvy out the pills. In the morning and afternoon I just open the slot, grab a glass of water and I am good to go. My dh has recently started to have to take some supplements and medications. He liked the idea so much he bought himself one.

What ones do u take individually I do that too on days I don't take the multi
