One week post hysterectomy and feeling good

Today its a week since by tah due to uterine cancer. Cant believe how good i feel, am on no meds, going fir short walks twice day for the last 3 days. Swelling going down and i have to stop myself from doing too much. I have cooked meals for the last 5 nites! I am fortunate that my youngest child who is still living at home, is 23 years so i don't have young ones begging fir attention. Good luck ladies, listen to your bodies but at the same time, start moving because it will help with the bowels to move and will help with your recovery.

Susy, I am so happy to hear that you are feeling good. It's an awesome feeling isn't it Just a quick reminder, its really easy to overdo things when we starting feeling well, so remember to always listen to your body get plenty of rest.

I wish you continued success in your recovery.
