weird cramping feeling

Hi sisters maybe someone can help me figure out what this is I am feeling. I am only 3 days post-op but I keep getting this bad cramping in the lower pelvis region I swear it feels almost like contractions. But that cant be there is no uterus there. They also removed both ovaries due to endo. And also removed my appendix (why I was in hospital to begin with thought it was appendicitis) can anyone tell me what this is I am feeling and will it go away oh and I'm only 24 if that makes any difference. Did they remove your cervix?

I'm not sure what that is but I've had that too. It's very intense. I used breathing techniques to get through it. I'm still having them occasionally, 11 days post op, but I can tell you it does get better, less frequent. For me anyway.

I'm honestly not sure if they did or not but I believe theey removed everything I know my uterus tubes and ovaries for sure b/c of endo and adeno so possibly they did remove my cervix too because ive had pain "down there" too feels like its inside it

Well, I just asked because they removed mine, and when they do, they create something inside there called the vaginal cuff which has stitches that take time to heal, etc. just thought that might be where some of that pain is coming from.

Could it be constipation at all?

It could very likely be bladder spasms... I have them still and I'm 5 weeks out.
Feels just like period cramps to me.

I had very similar pains I also used breathing techniques and found that I was able to pass gas and it went away good luck
