Needing support- back at work and hurting

I had TLH 2 weeks ago and my dr cleared me to go back to work fulltime today. I thought i was ready, but i was wrong. Ive only made it through half the day so far and i dont know how to get thru the rest of the day. Ive stayed off my feet as much as i can but my back and shoulders are killing me and i have pains in my abdomen when i walk. And im even bleeding a little heavier.

Can you talk to your boss about possibly working half days this week? I'm sure you'll be much better prepared to go full time next week.

Listen to your body. I also think the half days are a good idea.

I am 3 wks. post op today, and went back to work on Monday. It has been exhausting, and I started bleeding today. Take is slow!

I am 4 weeks post TLH and went to work yesterday, very long day. Today, my left side specifically is in so much pain I can barely walk. Stayed home today. You know, I am really thinking we probably need at least 6 weeks. I am so afraid of getting adhesions. My mom got them and the pain is tremendous. They even cleaned her out, but more adhesions.
