Crampy pain after weeing?

Sorry if this is TMI but wondering if anyone else has this. I still have pain with BMs like crampy feeling when it's all moving behind where incision is, but also pain when emptying bladder. Not like burning/stinging wee infection pain, just like a structural thing maybe when bladder changes shape??
Can anyone relate to that at all? Please tell me this will go away!!

I am still really bruised everywhere 2 weeks on and trying to think if it is still that bruised outside it must be a whole lot worse inside..... here's hoping!

Yes total normal my leaflet from hospital said to expect drawing feelings for up to 6 weeks BMs are more painful but I was only allowed to take a stool softener for 10 days
