3 weeks post hysterectomy: shouldn't i have bleed at some point?

I am now 3 weeks past TAH op and feeling down .
first days after op were better than expected.. been in hospital only 2 1/2 days .. had morphine for the first night and half of day next day.. took my meds only for first couple of days as the codein made me really constipated... after talking to doctor I left the codein out and had loads of fruits and veg ... worst feeling for me was needing toilet and the muscle ache on belly.. thankfully that is gone now mostly.

what really puzzles me is that I never bled since op apart from once still in hospital. I also have no smelly discharge
is it possible ? normal? what does it mean?

I never had bleeding after I left the hospital. I think some do and some don't.

I had a SAH so I still have my cervix but I've had no bleeding. Trust me, I'm not complaining! I had one, and I mean one, brown spot 4 days after surgery but that was it.

My sis in law had a TAH 2 years ago and she said she had no bleeding afterwards either.

10 weeks TVH and never had a spot. Yipee
