Three weeks to the day

Three weeks to the day. Still in some pain. Still taking medication for the pain. This does not even compare to the c-section I had. Dr. was honest with me and told me this. I was also not the norm case. Fibroid tumors, Endomet. & major adhesions. I am healing. Very tight feeling.

Re: Three weeks to the day

So sorry to hear that you're still in some pain! I actually hurt more during weeks 3 and 4, but apparently that's not abnormal, particularly as stitches can be dissolving at this point. I really had to take to heart that this recovery can be long - that's it's a marathon, not a sprint - but we do get there! Here are the Checkpoints for Weeks 3 and 4 which might have some helpful info. Hang in there - it will get better! (((hugs)))
