Magnesium Citrate

Okay i dreaded that little bottle more than the surgery itself. It sounds crazy right!!? I cannot stand drinking medicine things like barium and stuff. I bought the cherry flavored MC at walgreens. It wasnt as bad as I feared. Mostly it tasted like cherry koolAde with lots of salt. The first half wasn't so bad, but I struggled as the salt started to get to me. I drank it over ice which seemed to help.

It really wasn't bad. I would rather drink 2 of them than do the enema!

The colder it is, the easier it is to chug. It wouldn't be so nasty, if they would use something besides saccharin. Just glad they don't use nutrasweet.

I used a straw and stuck that as far down my tongue as I could. Ugh!
