Count down to Apt

Counting down to my Doctors visit. I am so nervous i am worried i am going to forget something.. i have waiting quite a long time to go scared that they would say "ahh your fine go home" I know something is wrong it's just a fear i always have with Doctors.. Probably something from childhood who knows! lol
Wel anyway I have been trying to write down anything i can think of that would mean anything to how i feel.
I don't want to forget. Thanks to mymonthlycycles.com I have 12 months of cycle history to give him and i could have 17 more months if he wanted.
Over the last month things have gotten worse than even that history would show so i just hope he is in the mood to listen.. i Honestly don't care what happens at this point i just want to stop bleeding so bad and hurting so much.
