24wks out DVH/RALH & miserable..what did I do wrong?

My surgery was on May 24th DVH/RALH. They removed everything.. ovaries, tubes, uterus, and cervix and lots of endometrial growth on my bowels, bladder, and kidneys. My abdomen is still sore, quite bloated, uncomfortable, etc. I teach junior high, and by the end of the day, I am so uncomfortable and miserable from being on my feet most of the day. I still can't wear bottoms that button and zip without being uncomfortable and nauseous. What have I done wrong, when will I feel better, and is this normal???

I am almost 8 weeks post op TAH. I have been back to work for 2 weeks. I am a child care teacher and am on my feet most of my 8 hour shift. I am so tired and quite sore by the end of my shift. I feel blessed that I can change into my pajamas after work and just relax for the evening. I look forward to the day when I will have extra energy after work. I think our bodies take a long time to rebuild our energy after major surgery. When you are giving 100 percent to your job physically/mentally each day, it feels like your energy level is used up. I pray the best for you, as you continue to heal. Take time to rest and recharge when your body needs it.
