spicy crackers

This recipe is great because it's so effortless to make and everyone loves them!!

1 box of saltine crackers
1~ 1/2 cups canola oil (don't substitute)
1 envelope of ranch dressing mix (not dip mix)
2 tbsp of red pepper flakes

Open all the crackers and lay them in a tupperware dish that has a GOOD lid. Lay the crackers on their edge, not flat. In a bowl, mix the other 3 ingredients with a whisk. Pour evenly over crackers. Put the lid on and after 15 minutes turn the container on it's top. Wait another 15 minutes and flip it back. Do this 3 or 4 times and then serve. I like to line a basket with papertowels and fill it up.

This is so easy to make, I did it a few days after coming home.
