Poss sinus infection?

I woke up this morning and my sinus just started draining. And I ended up throwing up.

If I wasnt having this Wed. I would pop a few sinus pills. But I guess I will just suffer in the mean time.
Do you think I should call the GYN or hosp and let them know about it?
Thanks in advance.

Poss sinus infection?

I'd call your dr and let him/her know. I think that it's best to be cautious. The throwing up would really concern me.

That happened to me too ( just the sinus condition ) before my surgery. My dr said that surgery would proceed unless I was running a fever or couldn't breathe well enough. It turned out well for mne & I hope that it will for you too

Poss sinus infection?

Okay well what I meant to say was the phlem was choking me so badly that I gagged and threw up.
Seems like I always have constant sinus problems. But its never green or cloudy.

Poss sinus infection?

I had a sinus infection before my surgery. My primary care physician had me on antibiotics, but it didn't quite go away so I needed a second round. I also got one of those neti pots (sinus washing systems), and that helped. The nurse who did my telephone interview for registration told me that I was allowed to take sudafed, so I took a long-lasting one right before midnight and then used the netipot right before I headed to the hospital. The day of surgery, I felt pretty cleared up and had no problems, but now it seems to be a problem again so I think it never really went away.

Drink a lot of fluid to thin out the secretions. That will help it drain better and keep it from getting worse.
