Natural Hormone

Greetings!
I was given Zoloft for my pms symptoms and wanted to get off the drug because of the long term effects of any drug. I was still a little depressed and agitated and migraine headaches a week before and after my peiord.
My doctor has suggested as a pre menopasual or pms alternative which is Avlimil. Has anyone else heard using Avlimil and how did it work for you? Also I am scheduled for a SAH possible TAH BSO on April 6th and was wondering if they give everyone an epidural for this procedure? Also I never had any surgery before and was wanting to know do they also put a breathing tube in you for this kind of surgery? Dealing with this better now that I foung this site. Avlimil is a product used to help enhance libido. Some women are helped by it and others are not. According to the instructions, it has to be taken daily for many weeks to get optimal results. Is your doctor suggesting this in lieu of hormones for after your surgery, or is this just for now? If you will be able to use hormone therapy, there are lots of choices! You can read about them in articles #9 - 12 in the Hormone Article List.

I didn't have an epidural when I had my TAH/BSO and I did have a breathing tube which was put in place after I was asleep and removed before I was fully awake.
