sitting cushion recommendations after vaginal hysterectomy and repairs

Hello every one. I am 16 days post op for vaginal hysterectomy, rectocele and cystocele repair. Amazingly I am doing well. I have 2 main problems that I do not feel are going to resolve with returning to work in 2 1/2 weeks.
#1 Poor control of bowel movements. I have had chronic constipation since young age. I feel I have FINALLY gotten that under fair control with stool softeners and power pudding daily but I go 8-10 times over a 3-4 hr. period every AM. Bowel movements are soft but slightly formed. Will this improve???
#2 Any recommendations on sitting cushions for when I return to work. I work at a computer 90% of the day.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
