Black Cohosh

Someone mentioned that on another thread. I used to take chasteberry before the surgery and it was a help for my periods, for awhile. Now that I have no ovaries, should I start the Black Cohosh? How long after surgery should I take it? Since being home, I have't taken any of my usual vitamins, C and E for example. Is it ok to start that up again too?

Black Cohosh



I would suggest asking your doctor if Black Cohosh is okay for you or not. Not all of us should take it as it does contain plant estrogen.
