TLH Lost appetite

I am only a week out and the last few days I get hungry and then when I finally eat I will eat a little bit and feels like I am full. It has only been like this a few days. Last Monday-Friday I was able to eat how I always did but the last couple days my appetite has changed. Is this normal?

I am 5 days out and I have not had any appetite. I am making myself eat a small meal once a day so that my stomach doesn't get so upset when I take my medicine. My stomach also feels VERY full after even a small part of a sandwich. I think this is normal.
