14 months post op , groin lymph nodes swollen and sore

I had a TAH on December 7 2015 . So a few weeks ago I tried to have sex again , it had been 9 months previous as the pain was so great after. This time round my groin lymph nodes are really sore as they were last time and swollen again. What is going on and has anyone else had this?
