infections and flagyl yuk! yuk! yuk!
this stuff is awful metronidazole generic for flagel it's beena little over 2 months overall everything is good here's the but infections two of them and 2nd round of flagyl, the only way I can take it is chcolate milk and a piece of bread handy
why do I keep having these infections? anyone else having any and what kind of meds?
2nd problem is I think milk is giving me bm 3 to 4 times in morning I used to think it was the yogurt the pectin in it but I stoped eating that seemed to be better now maybe milk? I don't know
I heard that acidophillus is a natural ph balance like. so I just started taking it but it says it helps the intestional system & microflora balance .does that mean too much yeast ?
I am hoping it will stop the infections which has an odor or stop the yeast infections after taking inti biotics.
tired of going to doctors and popping pills,
we women sure have it tough sometimes,
if first you don't succeed try try again something like that,

infections and flagyl yuk! yuk! yuk!
Acidophillus can help with the yeast. I was taking it and eating yogurt, but still got yeast after antibiotics. I told the Dr just to give me a yeast pill to take after the round on antibiotics because I am going to get it no matter what I do.
Sorry to hear that you are going through this! Hope you feel better soon.

infections and flagyl yuk! yuk! yuk!
I suffered from yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis for a couple of years. I just coudn't get a handle on it. I absolutely could not take flagyl, it is the worst! Ask for Clindesse, it is for b.v. and it doesn't make you sick. It is more expensive, but worth it as far as I'm concerned. Also, keep taking the acidophilus. It does not cause yeast infections, it will help balance everything out. If fact if you have b.v you can even stick an acidophillus pill or capsule inside your vagina everynight to help things along. Acidophilus takes a while to build up in your body so it's not something you can take just when you have an infection. I was taking it for months before my hysterectomy and it did help. It's also really good for constipation.
And now the rest of the story..................... I'm not sure exactly how many times I actually had bacterial vaginosis, but I was diagnosed with it a lot over a two year period and took a lot of medicine for it. Turns out I developed an allergy to either detergent or fabric softner and that was what was causing the vaginal burning. I found this out on my own after taking meds for so long and just being fet up with it not working. I now wash my underwear in All free and clear and don't use fabric softner. Just a thought. My doctors would look at me and write a prescription. I found out they were wrong when I called to get the results of my culture after buying the prescription for b.v and being told my cultures were negative. I was very upset. From then on I decided I no longer will take a prescription until I get the test results back and know I'm taking something I actually need!
