natural HRT for TVH

Has anyone tried any of the herbal remedies for the mood swings and depression following a TVH? I hear the horor stories about the weight gain with conventional therapies.
Help Please!!!!!

I had my Complete Hysterectomy April 23/03 and a friend gave me this book to read on the subject of Natural HRT. The author of the book is John R. Lee,M.D and the title is "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause". I have found a lot of great
information in this book! It has answered a lot of my questions about where do I go from here in finding an answer to what types
of Natural Hormones to use and how much to use etc. I believe it has answered all my unanswered questions and I had a lot of them!

I just had a TVH and use the Vivelle Dot patch and I have no weight gain. It is important to exercise and eat properly just like you did pre surgery. I started back at 6 weeks with exercise and light weights and watched what I ate during recovery. Good luck to you.
