I'd like to recommend a book about hormones...

I've been reading a book about hormones and there is an awesome chapter about HRT and herbal HRT. Check out page 313 for that.

The book is called Hormone Deception by D. Lindsey Berkson. It's about everyday products that are disrupting your hormones. But, there is much more to it. If you are considering HRT or doing it herbally, I highly recommend it.

Thanks for the post. I may check that out because I don't feel like my ovaries are producing enough hormones for me right now. Did you try any of the therapies or have you seen any results yet?
