Pathology Report

Does the doctor automatically have a pathology report done on the uterus after it's removed or do I need to request one?

It is done automatically on all tissue removed.

Now they anytime they remove anything out of your body, skin tag, mole, anything physical, it is sent for pathology automatically...

Yes , they do a pathology report after surgery. If you would like to get a copy of it, call either the hospital or doctor and request a copy. The hospital may charge you for it, but doctors (at least the ones I've dealt with) usually don't. I've requested a report on most of the surgeries I have had.
