can anyone help or give advice????

OK, I have a question..... I am 4 weeks and 1 day post op - my incision is healing fine and I have no pain there, but my right side of my stomach is swollen and hard - (my surgery was 3 and a half hours - they took my appendix and had to scrap the uterus from the bowel - it was apparenlty pasted to it). I went to my GYN the day before yesterday and he said that he had never seen this and he gave me a name that it could be, but I have forgotten what he said - however he did put me on Keflex and said that this should help it - and if it doesn't when I come back in 2 weeks for my 6 week check up he will get a cat scan on it - I spoke to my sister and nephew and they were like 'maybe they left something in there' - they didn't have to put something like that in my mind UGGGG LOL. To top this all off SUnday morning I woke up dizzy *you know the dizzy that you see in cartoons when the characters eyes go *dong* and spin... I did tell my GYN and he sent me for a CBC and also told me to run over to my normal doc and I did and his associate saw me... she said that I have an inner ear infection and put me on Antivert and said it should go away in 7 to 10 days -- 7 TO 10 DAYS!?!?!?! Yuck! She also has scheduled an MRI which I am going to at 1:45, this is all I need something wrong with my head LOL.... anyway, getting back to the question.. has anyone had the hard stomach situation (I do believe that this isn't swelly belly because the doc would have known what that was). I am not going to even get into the topic of hot flashes LOL.
I want to thank you all for reading and listening.. if anyone can help or give advise PLEASE send

(((((Pennylane))))),

I am sorry you are having a rough time hon.

It sounds like your Dr. is on top of it though. So please do keep in contact with him and report any developments to him.

I hope you find out what it is soon .

Sorry I don't have any knowledge about your situation.

Good luck,

Pamcat
