Best time to apply estrogen cream

When is the best time to apply estrogen gel? Also is E-3 estradiol or estriol? I am trying this one more time, going to start with just the biest,it is a gel then wait a few weeks as to whether or not to add the progesterone and testosterone. any input would be great.

The best time is what is best for you. I've had the most success with early morning, right after my shower and than I apply my second dose around 5-6pm. E3 is Estriol.
