Going back to work

Well I am do to go back to work, on the 15th. The Dr says it is ok if I have help at work. I do skin care and nails, so I sit and stand at my job. I also am only going to work 4 hours a day for about the next three weeks.
I feel pretty good in the mornings but get tried in the afternoon.
I have told my boss that I will need help not sure she understands the 15 pound weight limit. I will remind them again if I don't get help I am not going to be able to work.
This is off the subject but, I don't know who else to ask.
My libdo is on overdrive, I can't believe I have to wait 4 more weeks for sex...My DH is afraid to touch me, he tells me if I can't lift 15 pounds then he sure that I should not have a "O". I know that you can not put anything in the vagina for 6 weeks but there are other things that you can do.
I had LAVH with one ovary removed also endo.
Is any one else feeling the way I am.
Thanks
Stephanie

Going back to work

My job is sedentary (I write columns for several publications) and I've been able to work an hour or two a day since about 5 days post-op. I don't know if I'd be able to stand up for 4 hours a day, but then I'm not used to that ... sure hope it goes well for you. Plan to take as many short breaks as you can. Maybe you can get the scheduler to give you 10-15 minute breaks between clients? I hope so! Don't forget to drink lots of water!

As for sex ... uh, yeah, it's hard for me to keep my hands off my guy. So I don't. The poor guy has been attacked several times and forced to endure some non-penetrative pleasure. (I don't hear him complaining though... as a matter of fact, he just called to find out if I can see him tomorrow! )

It's going to be tough for me to wait, but in the meantime we'll be creative. DSO wants me to ask my doc if oral sex (on me) is OK before we go for it. So that's one of the questions I'll ask during my 2-week post-op on Thursday.

Pre-op, when I asked my doc about sex, he said, "If it was good for you before, it'll be good for you again." So far he's right.
