spotting 1yr 5mo. post op

i recently found out that i have a large lipoma or fatty tumor, and adhesions attaching my bladder to my abdominal wall. i have had some itching over the last 3 days and now have spotting. haven't seen new gyn yet aug. 4 is appt. what could this be and do i need to seek treatment sooner? please, any suggestions or comments are welcome, please!!!!! i still need to work and don't know what to do about this. was diagnosed a week ago today after mri. thank you in advance for any and all responses.

I haven't have your problems, but was wondering if the itching and bleeding might not be due to hormonal unbalance? While my hormones are, for the most part balanced, I know that, among other things, hormonal unbalance can cause vaginal dryness which might result in itchiness and, sometimes, spotting.

I do think that you should mention these new symptoms to your doctor ASAP and might want to ask to have your hormones tested.
