One month anniversary (hysterversary?)
Congratulations to my fellow one month anniversary friends! I can't believe an entire month has gone by, and I'm hoping all of you are feeling as well as I am. I still have a slight swelly belly by the end of the night, and a slight discharge from my A & P repair stitches, but otherwise I'm to the point I have to remember to rest. This has only been in the past few days so I'm watching it and giving myself another few weeks before I take back my household.
How are you other one-monthers doing??
Jenny
p.s. I almost forgot to post this, but thank good for post hysterectomy insomnia, i got it in right under the wire!

One month anniversary (hysterversary?)
I am at 5 1/2 wks and doing pretty good, really have done well all along. My only real 'complaint' would be running out of energy. I know that is normal though. I have a bit of a swelly ridge right above my incision but my incision itself looks great and other than that ridge my belly is flat. My Climara .05 patch seems to be doing me just fine as well. I actually went to a dance workshop yesterday, which my dr gave his blessing for since I am so close to 6 wks, and I had a blast but sure did have to pace myself and stop and rest some. At least I had friends to ride there with so did not have to do the hour's dr there. Mostly I am back doing my usual chores with some exceptions. If I get tired I stop and rest, the heating pad feels nice on my belly at times as does that new cool pack for the belly that is sold in the hyster sister store. So over all, I am doing well and am glad to hear you are too!
Blessings, Shawn

One month anniversary (hysterversary?)
It'll be my one month hysterversary tomorrow, and I am doing great! My incision has healed completely up and I am back to doing most of my duties, except for working, picking up laundry baskets and sweeping the carpet.
I still have a mild swelly belly and I get tired easily, but I think these minor nuisances will pass as the weeks go by.
I feel GREAT!!!
