Cystoscopy done!

Cystoscopy done and out of the way. But, the bad news is that I will need to wear foley for at least 3 weeks. Unbearable but tolerable. YUCK!!! I will see the doctor in 3 weeks as well.

Glad to hear the cystoscopy is done, but sorry to hear that the foley stays with you for a while yet. I know you're ready to get rid of it. Let's hope that at the next appointment it can come out for good!!! You deserve a break!

I think by foley you mean a cathether, but one thing about time - it does pass. The nurses referred to them in my first op., as my 'handbag'. ???!! Anyway, in a short time, yours will be out, and it's a simple procedure and quick with no pain. By the way, I felt exactly like you "it was unbearable but tolerable".

When it comes out, you could have a Debutante or "coming out" party for it! Hope those three weeks pass very quickly.
