I posted for the first time yesterday regarding my sister who was just diagnosed with OC and had a TAH/BSO with chemo to follow.
We still do not know the Stage and we are hoping the lymph node biopsies come back today with an ALL CLEAR!

Following what has happened to my sister and all of the misdiagnoses she was given prior to becoming PROACTIVE and seeking the advise of a gyn/onc on her own, I am seeing my gyn/onc for a screening for myself.
(Wow, that was a long winded sentence)

I just want to be here to lend support to anyone I can and give my humble opinion to seek the advise and opinions from the real EXPERTS, the gyn/onc's, so as not to waste time in the event any of you have concerns.

I pray that I will get a clean bill of health this morning, although since I am at a higher risk now, I fully expect tests to be ordered. I know all of you know how excrutiating the waiting can be.

I am going to try very hard to heed the advise a great friend of mine once told me......
"Don't pay the interest until the interest is due"
Easier said than done, especially for my personality, but I'm going to try really hard!
