bloodwork

I WAS SUPPOSE TO DONATE MY SECOND UNIT OF BLOOD TODAY BUT COULDNT B/C MY IRON WAS TO LOW, IM ALREADY TAKING IRON PILLS. SO HOPEFULLY I WONT NEED ANY MORE THAN 1 UNIT OF BLOOD IF THAT.

I had a TAH and didn't need any blood. I think it's rare that anyone does need a transfusion.

Ok I have to admit I did not think that I was nervous for my upcomin hysterectomy but, nerves are going and now you say you are donating blood for yourelf, why? Is this necessary? Is there that much bleeding? I am freaking!

MY DR. JUST LIKES FOR HER PATIENCES TO DONATE THEIR OWN BLOOD JUST IN CASE THY WOULD NEED ANY THEY CAN GET THEIR OWN BACK.
