Glad it's over!

I'm 12 days post op and so glad it's over! I was worrying about so many different things and it was so much easier than I thought it would be! I had TVH on Wednesday morning and was home Thursday evening. I had a bladder infection on the following Monday and then a yeast infection from the antibiotics over the holiday. Yuck. But that is all of my complications if you want to call them that. I went to work today for a few hours and was very glad to get out of the house for a while even though it was tiring and I won't go back tomorrow. One of the hardest things is making yourself NOT do all you want to. I have been so bored. I felt sorry for myself for a few days but just had to shake that off and remember how good it is to be alive.

There is so much good information on this site that there isn't much for me to add. Just be sure to have a really good book or cross stitch or something you can do when you get home cause daytime tv *****!

Hi Jenell, I'm glad that you're home and doing so well.
I'm very happy to hear that you're not returning to work again today. That's awfully soon in your recovery! Remember that you're a very new princess and still need to be pampered. Please be careful and give yourself time to heal properly.
