Herniated disc

Spine-health's physician told me that because I was sitting long hours with my feet up after TAH-BSO, I have a herniated disc

If it is true, try not to sit too much with your feet up, the pain of a herniated disc is much worse then any pain I had ever before .....

Well I was never told how I got my 2 herniated discs but did not have them before surgery and had them after. I totally agree about the pain though it is real and hurts alot.I have struggled for about a year now with it and have not found any real solutions. I have had a hernaited disk sine 1991, Dr wanted to operate. I refused. Now go to a DO instead of an MD. He manitulates my back, it has truley helped. Some days with no pain or very little. Hope you can find relief.
