yucky discharge

Hi ladies, it's been a while since I have been on hope everyone is doing well. I am now 6 weeks post-op, I went to the doctor at 4 weeks and he said I could resume doing whatever I wanted. I could go back to lifting at work, sex, what ever my big heart contended. 4 days ago I started with this yuck. It started out as off white and now is clear. I called the doctors nurse because he was off, she doesn't have a clue, I think I know more than she does. Since I started back to work I have been having these mild sharp pains in my lower abdomen leading down into the vagina. Has anybody experienced this? I am a little concerned.

It might be a becterial(sp) infection does it have a foul smell to it?

I had that and DR put me on meds.Please call DR and get in to see him,it maybe nothing but better safe then sorry.
