Cervical Cancer stage 1B-Post Op

Just wanted to let everyone know that I had my Radical Hysterectomy on November 21st and everything turned out great. They took 6 lymph nodes as well as the surrounding tissue. There was no evidence of any cancer on any of my tissue including the uterus and cervix. I just want to let everyone know that is going through a similar experiance that they can cast there worries and cares on the Lord! He has brought me through every stage of this terrible disease and has promised everyone of us that if we believe in him, he will be there for us and heal us. I definetly believe I was healed. Doctors expected to find cancer cells on my cervix and possibly the surrounding tissue. They found nothing!! I believe I have become a stronger person because of this situation and I pray daily that God will use me as a witness! I encourage all of you that are having problems to cast your cares on him! He is a faithful God!

Hi, I just wanted to say congrats on your path report being cancer free!! Somehow, I missed this post. That is really great news! Did they misdiagnose you in the first place, or were you healed of your disease? God is an AWESOME God!! I would love to hear more about what they found, or did not find!! So, there was no cancer anywhere, and they told you it was for stage 1b? Wow! Hope you are recovering well from your surgery and enjoying life

I praise God with you!! He truly is AWESOME and faithful to the end. He has been with me too. I love Ps. 62--"only in God is my soul at rest." Whatever happens, He will never leave us or forsake us, and He loves us with an everlasting love that nothing (including cancer) can take away (see Romans 8). I'm soooo happy for you!!! You must feel like dancing

Am I understanding this? You had NO cancer anywhere? Who diagnosed your cancer? Did you have an unnecessary hsysterectomy? I am so sorry. That should never happen.

But I am glad that you cancer free!!

Hugs, Hugs, Hugs,
Janie
