Has anyone read this book on hormones?

I bought a book called THE 30-DAY NATURAL HORMONE PLAN-
by Erika Schwartz M.D.- I am wondering if this is also for women who had a hyst. or just for the non-surgical menopausal women.
I will start reading it tonight- but if anyone has any opinions on it please let me know. I am doing well on cenestin, but i know i don't want to be on it for more than 1 year, so i decided to start reading on this subject now as much as i can, and see other alternatives.

Yes, i read the book this week and it seems really good, i am going to bring it to my dr. on 1/22 and see what he thinks, it pretty much gives you a diet , vitamins and exercises you should do to keep your hormones balanced, it also gives you what foods to stay away from, i still don't know if this is for women who had a hyst yet, so i will ask my dr when i see him.
