Vaginal bleeding post op

Hi all...

I'm now 1 week, 5 days post op - I've had no vaginal bleeding at all (except first day post op) and all of a sudden, last night, I developed bright red vaginal bleeding..some mild cramping too.

It's not a LOT, but it's enough to have to wear pantiliners, which I have to change every hour or so.

Anyone else have this post op? It almost feels like a period!

I, too bled at 17 days post op after having nothing. Check with your Dr.
Mine said to monitor it if it continued, but it stopped after that one day, probably due to getting on the treadmill.

I didn' have any bleeding for the first week or so then it started all of a sudden. I called my doc, they wanted to see me. Turned out it was just blood behind the stitches and probably because I had tried to walk the treadmill a little too soon. He did ask me to come in so he could check, it could be something else, so I would call and ask for the professionals opinion, just to be safe.

I was doing a lot of laundry.....maybe that's it?
