my cholesterol is DOWN DOWN DOWN

I'm so happy!!! finally it is down to 185!!! (it was 215 last time!)

I had 5 different readings and they are ALL down (and the HDL "good cholesterol" is bang on target where it should be!!!)



(and......... the biggest thrill ----- I have been eating my eggs, but cut waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back on the cheese, so I know I can still have eggs now and again!!!!)

I am so happy!

Cheryl--how'd you do it? Mine was 224 in February, and the same this past August. What's your secret?

My secret is ... no cheese.
and then .... no cheese.
and then... oh, did I mention no cheese?

I actually do eat a bit of cheese, but before I was a cheesaholic (hey, I live in Italy, in the area where they MAKE gorgonzola!!)


and on a more serious note, I have also really cut down on red meat and we are cooking with steam rather than oil, plus I'm eating a lot more fruit and veggies...
