Nausea after meals

When I started eating "regular" meals 2 weeks post-op, I had some pretty major nausea (felt like motion sickness).

It had finally gone away until last Thursday when I had to run a block to get to a bus I thought my step daughter may be on after she was missing for 45 minutes. BM's began to be painful again and have pain in lower abdominal area again. The nausea has now returned after meals. My doctor didn' t seem too concerned. It helps if I eat small meals throughout the day.

Just wondering if anybody else has experienced any similar feelings after eating.

Thank you,

Nausea after meals

If it continues you should call your doctor back - or get another doctor's opinion. Digestive problems can be uncomfortable. Hope it is better soon.

Nausea after meals

Im facing that very same issue at 4 weeks . If i eat a tiny poortion as suggested by the hospital I am ok . but outside of three tiny meals I throw up . Not even a cracker between meals .I have my follow up on the third of march and I hope to quiz him abt it then .I thin I hve become more familiar with the inside of the toilet bowl then the outside .
