Lowering cholesterol/Atkins Essential Oils/any harmful side effects?

I am not on the Atkins diet as I don't eat meat. Since
I am interested in lowering blood pressure and cholesterol,
is there anything harmful in the Atkins Essential Oils?
Would this possibly help with the bp and cholesterol? I saw
the ingredients, and it seems to be mostly fish oil, flaxseed,
and borage oil. You can see the ingredients on the weblink below:

Also, how big are these capsules, and how many a day are

I have no idea if those essential oils would be effective at regulating your BP. I sure wish I could try them, since my own BP is all over the place: ranges from my low normal of 117/78 to as high as 154/90+ However, the make up of those capsules sound a lot like the make up of capsules I took previously, in the hope of getting help with my ADHD symptoms. Unfortunately, the concentrated fish oils resulting in exersparating my IBS: I simply couldn't stop burping

Hopefully, someone will come along soon with some input for you. Take care and take heart: one these days we'll find something that will help regulate our BP

Dany, I, too, am hoping some of our experts will shed some light on the safety/harm of these capsules. My bp is better with my
thyroid medication. Now, if I could just get that cholesterol
under 200!

((((locki)))) It's great that the thyroid meds are helping with your bp I had my thyroid tested, several times, and the results are always good

I also have a bit of problem with my cholesterol: despite being careful with the food I eat, both my bad cholesterol and my good cholesterol are on the high side. The good part is that they balance each other out... the bad part is that we don't know why that is the case
