Post-Op Lifting ? ? Did I do too much ???

HI !

I am 5 weeks post-op and believe that I may have lifted too much yesterday. I'm really feeling it today. I'm a little concerned and hoping I didn't do any damage.

Anyone have any ideas on what to do?
